Crystal Kernan was born and raised in Hawaii and presently resides in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. She has been deeply involved all her life in spiritual pursuits, be it through intensive study or direct experience with a variety of churches, religious organizations, philosophies and spiritual practices.
